Exchange Auctions Customer Service 101
There are numerous postings regarding the auction, At Auction, and the way consumers feel they have not been justly treated. I am the Manager of Customer Service and I would like to assist each of you in making the auction experience a pleasant one. If you have an issue with an item upon receipt, please make contact with Customer Service within 72 hours of receipt. If you are unable to make contact due to being deployed or on TDY, please explain this to the representative. This will make a huge difference in the way the resolution can be reached. If you have been on TDY or deployed, we will understand why there has been "x" amount of time lapsed since the order was received. The site does state that returns are subject to a 15% restock fee as well as the waiving of the S/H. If we have a full understanding as to why a call was not implemented within the 72 hour time frame, we will bring the item back in for a full refund. The auction is to be a winning experience, and we value each of you who serve our country to protect our freedom. Yes, as explained, we do have policies, but nothing is in concrete, and we do not know why your upset with us, unless you explain the reasons. We are here to assist in any way necessary. Your people never answer the phone or emails from your customers. I have emailed about an issue twice, and call edon numerous occasions in the last 3 weeks after the tracking number that I was given on a package was listed as invalid.
The item in question was supposedly shipped on June 17, and I hstill have not received said item. If this is the best you can do you need to get out of business.
Why can't upgrade my card registration because it says my that what I put in will not transfer to any valid number.....Also do ypu show a watch auction ID#112**** I supposedly won that one and tried to place another order for another Bernoulli watch and couldn't because of the reasons cited above! Alkso, you need more help...no one ever answers your customer service line and no one EVER calls back or e-mails back!!
I tried to contact your so called customer service. First I got a guy that sounded like he was sleeping in a car and just said aahhhh haaaa.
Second call went to some voice mail that never even stated where I was calling . I was scrolling your site AFTER I REGISTERED AND FOOLISHLY GAVE MY CREDIT INFORMATION.'as I scrolled a bid was placed on a laptop for $169! I was searching in the search biz for an iPhone! .
As an attorney family I took my attorney's advice and cancelled my credit card inconveniencing myself but making certain you never get my credit information. As a victim of identity theft I should have known better. Now I see so many complaints about your company. Come on if you want to be REAL follow Ebays protocol.
They are legit and only ask for money after a bid has been placed and then if your cards are not accepted the bid won't go through . So please cancel the bid for Donny Neuman on some dell laptop for $169. If I want a laptop I would go to BEST BUY! If I decide to buy another iPad I will go to Apple as I don't want substandard products.
Sorry but people are out there reporting you and I should have investigated before I went on but I was not thinking clearly after I viewed :sigh :sigh your nice TV commercial and suffered a concussion from a recent car accident. So I had nothing better to do and now I must just shop at real stores.
Please can you wake up the sleeping guy and at least have him answer with the company name!? It is very obvious you are not legit.
